Emily Sullivan
Estate Planning Attorney & Mediator
Estate Planning Advice with Emily Sullivan
Emily left “big law” to create a local estate planning and mediation practice. A people person by nature, Emily provides a warm, supportive and practical approach in meeting her clients' goals.
The chance to work with people and appreciate their unique needs is the fuel that drives her passion.
She is an effective listener and is passionate about developing relationships and working with people to help them navigate their legal needs. She is a natural problem solver and helps people find common ground to resolve disputes.
Emily began her career as a litigator in New York City. She continued that work at firms in Wisconsin and Kansas City for well over a decade. Eventually, Emily decided that “legal battle” was not what she wanted for her daily life and took the leap to transition her practice to estate planning and conflict resolution.
Emily is licensed to practice law in six states. She is a Missouri Rule 17 approved mediator.
